Recently we rolled out some changes to our Download URL Builder (it renames all our files on the fly when you click download) and we introduced a bug. We’ve since fixed it but if you had any trouble downloading an image in the past 2 weeks, it was caused by this.

So, what now?
If you are a MattePaint Subscriber you can try to re-download those images at no additional cost. If you are a non-subscriber, please contact our support team for assistance so we can get you your credits back.
If you are having any other issues with the Gallery, please try logging out then logging back in again.
